Session Description

Attention, parents of imaginative little ones aged two to five years old! Get ready to embark on an incredible journey of self-expression, creativity, and artistic, messy exploration as we explore new activities and themes each week in Creative Tots. Dress for mess as we unleash your child's creativity with a huge focus on process art - which means instead of having an end product to work toward which can be quite challenging for our smallest friends - instead we relish in the moments of creating. Join us as we splatter, spray, squeeze, drip, blow, paint, hammer, chop, roll and so much more working on our fine and gross motor skills, hand and finger strength and using our own self expression to create to your hearts content! Term One Monday 3rd Feb - Friday 11th April Week One: Messy Art Play, String Art, Tea Bag Splatters Week Two: All You Need Is Love Valentines Crafts Week Three: Create a Cardboard Car, Spin Art and Scooter Board Paintings Week Four: Clay Play - trinket bowl and character, Messy Art Play Week Five: All About Me - Self Portraits, Finger Family Tree, Messy Art Play Week Six: Magical Fairy of Dragon Wings, Make a peg doll fairy or elf Week Seven: Hungry Caterpillar sock puppets, squeegee paintings, Shaving Foam Marbleing Week Eight: Rainbow Collage, Rainbow Handprints, Magic Wands Week Nine: Clay Sea Creatures, Jellyfish, Giant Collaborative Collage Week Ten: Marble Roll Paintings, Printmaking, Messy Art Play There is no right or wrong way to complete process art which means its inclusive for all abilities taking away any pressure to create helping to develop a strong sense of self-confidence. Term bookings are offered at a discounted rate of $230 for the 10 week term by purchasing a multi class pass, make up classes can be organised with advance notice. Please see our class pass for all inclusions! Casual bookings are available however to gain the benefits of creative play consistent attendance of the program is highly recommended.
