Messy Play (6 months - 5 years)

Session Description

Our award winning Messy Play class is the perfect place for your little one to gain all the benefits of sensory messy play. This 1.5 hour long class is held at our brand new Kids Creative Studio in Heathridge, 6027. Casual bookings are available however to gain the benefits of sensory play consistent attendance of our term programs is highly recommended. With a new theme each week, we begin each class with a quick circle/story time before moving on to a range of sensory and messy activities designed to build confidence and introduce your child to a new world of textures, learning and play! We are lucky enough to be able to provide our explorers a gorgeous outdoor area at our Studio so weather permitting we love to also get outside during the session! (Don't forget your hat and sunscreen in Summer and your gumboots and raincoats in Winter!) Who is it for? These weekly classes assist your little ones in developing and learning through a consistent sensory play program. All activities are designed with children aged 6 months-5 years in mind. The age range allows for our children to learn from one another and attempt a range of activities. Each activity is open ended so your child is free to explore, discover and imagine at their own pace and in their own style throughout the class. (Especially perfect for those toddlers who can't sit still and love to float between activities as they please!) **If you have a little one aged 6-18 months who is new to sensory messy play you may wish to start off in our age specific baby play class.** Places are limited for this class and fill up fast. Please be advised each booking admits ONE child and ONE adult.
